Overcoming Binge Eating Dr. C Fairburn
This is more of a history of binge eating and binge eating disorder as well as in intensive self-help approach that may be helpful if you do not have local or other resources. Caution with triggering food diary, skip the appendixes about weight, recognize that the occasional mentions about weight control often sabotage recovery and may not be current thinking.
Baby Led Weaning Rapley and Murkett
Caution with choking risk and iron concerns. Read in addition to Child of Mine. Nicely incorporates Division of Responsibility.  Read my detail review and conclusion here.
“I’m, Like, SO Fat!”: Helping Your Teen Make Healthy Choices about Eating and Exercise in a Weight-Obsessed World, Neumark-Sztainer
Some excellent research and ideas for raising kids and weight issues. Big caveat, those kids who followed the advice of “healthy” weight maintenance were found upon the study conclusion to be heavier and have more disordered eating than their non-dieting counterparts. Caution with any kind of goal to get kids to eat less or lose weight. Companion book: Your Child’s Weight by Ellyn Satter.
